The scholarship is tenable for undergraduate studies at local or overseas universities, across a range of disciplines in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, and Electrical), Sciences (Chemistry, Biology) and other disciplines (Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering).

To be eligible, applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents intending to take up Singapore Citizenship, and should be graduating with GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate, a Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent qualifications. Those applying for a mid-term scholarship are additionally required to have attained at least one semester of academic results.
