PSC Scholarship (Foreign Service)
The PSC Scholarship (Foreign Service) is awarded to outstanding individuals who have a clear interest in a career in the Foreign Service. Applicants are welcome to apply prior to pursuing their undergraduate degrees or up until the penultimate year of their undergraduate degree studies.

Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be Singapore Citizens
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and potential
Present themselves as well-rounded individuals, possessing good academic and non-academic records
PSC Undergraduate Scholarships
GCE A-levels; or
International Baccalaureate; or
NUS High School Diploma; or
Polytechnic Diploma with merit; or
Other high school diploma or equivalent.
You may apply prior to receiving your final examination results. A provisional scholarship offer may be made if you are found suitable, subject to confirmation upon the release of your final results.
PSC Undergraduate Scholarships (Mid-Term)
GCE A-levels; or
International Baccalaureate; or
NUS High School Diploma; or
Polytechnic Diploma with merit; or
Other high school diploma or equivalent; and
At least one semester of university results.
Applications should be submitted before the final year of your undergraduate studies.
PSC Scholarship (Foreign Service) holders may study overseas, in countries that are relevant to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA)’s work. Scholarship holders can pursue a wide range of subjects in English-speaking countries such as the United Kingdom and United States of America or in non-English-speaking countries such as China, France, Germany, or Japan.
