PSC Scholarship (Engineering)
The PSC Scholarship (Engineering) develops outstanding and aspiring engineers for the Public Service. Scholarship holders will be assigned a parent agency in one of the following three engineering clusters, namely the (i) Defence and Security, (ii) Information and Communications Technology & Smart Systems, or (iii) Infrastructure & Environment. Applicants are welcome to apply prior to pursuing their undergraduate degrees or up until the penultimate year of their undergraduate degree studies.

Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be Singapore Citizens
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and potential
Present themselves as well-rounded individuals, possessing good academic and non-academic records
PSC Undergraduate Scholarships
GCE A-levels; or
International Baccalaureate; or
NUS High School Diploma; or
Polytechnic Diploma with merit; or
Other high school diploma or equivalent.
You may apply prior to receiving your final examination results. A provisional scholarship offer may be made if you are found suitable, subject to confirmation upon the release of your final results.
PSC Undergraduate Scholarships (Mid-Term)
GCE A-levels; or
International Baccalaureate; or
NUS High School Diploma; or
Polytechnic Diploma with merit; or
Other high school diploma or equivalent; and
At least one semester of university results.
Applications should be submitted before the final year of your undergraduate studies.
Applicants must also be pursuing an engineering or technical undergraduate degree relevant to the engineering clusters.
PSC Scholarship (Engineering) holders may pursue undergraduate studies at local or overseas universities and read engineering or related technical disciplines relevant to their assigned engineering cluster, subject to the PSC’s and the parent agency’s approval.
