PSC Scholarship

The PSC Scholarship develops outstanding and aspiring future public officers via the Public Administration career pathway. Scholarship holders will experience a broad and diverse range of public sector work, spanning policy formulation through to implementation and delivery. Applicants are welcome to apply prior to pursuing their undergraduate degrees or up until the penultimate year of their undergraduate degree studies.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be Singapore Citizens

  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and potential

  • Present themselves as well-rounded individuals, possessing good academic and non-academic records

PSC Undergraduate Scholarships

  • GCE A-levels; or

  • International Baccalaureate; or

  • NUS High School Diploma; or

  • Polytechnic Diploma with merit; or

  • Other high school diploma or equivalent.

You may apply prior to receiving your final examination results. A provisional scholarship offer may be made if you are found suitable, subject to confirmation upon the release of your final results.

PSC Undergraduate Scholarships (Mid-Term)

  • GCE A-levels; or

  • International Baccalaureate; or

  • NUS High School Diploma; or

  • Polytechnic Diploma with merit; or

  • Other high school diploma or equivalent; and

  • At least one semester of university results.

Applications should be submitted before the final year of your undergraduate studies.

PSC Scholarship holders may study at local or overseas universities and choose to read from a diverse range of courses relevant to the Public Service (subject to the PSC’s approval).
