The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Scholarship
The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Scholarship is awarded to outstanding individuals who are committed to serving and defending the nation through a military career. Scholarship holders are developed for leadership roles in the SAF, contributing to Singapore's security and defence. Applicants are welcome to apply prior to pursuing their undergraduate degrees or up until the penultimate year of their undergraduate degree studies.

Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be Singapore Citizens
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and potential
Present themselves as well-rounded individuals, possessing good academic and non-academic records
Gain entry and excel in Officer Cadet School
The SAF Undergraduate Scholarships
GCE A-levels; or
International Baccalaureate; or
NUS High School Diploma; or
Polytechnic Diploma with merit; or
Other high school diploma or equivalent.
You may apply prior to receiving your final examination results. A provisional scholarship offer may be made if you are found suitable, subject to confirmation upon the release of your final results.
The SAF Undergraduate Scholarships (Mid-Term)
GCE A-levels; or
International Baccalaureate; or
NUS High School Diploma; or
Polytechnic Diploma with merit; or
Other high school diploma or equivalent; and
At least one semester of university results.
Applications should be submitted before the final year of your undergraduate studies.
The SAF Scholarship holders may study at local or overseas universities; and choose to read from a diverse range of courses relevant to the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), subject to the PSC’s approval.
