PSC Master's Scholarship

The PSC Master's Scholarship is awarded to outstanding individuals committed to building a career in public administration in the Singapore Public Service. Scholarship holders pursue governance roles across ministries and statutory boards, contributing to the formulation, implementation, and operations of public policy. Applicants should be prepared to commence their Master's programme in the academic year immediately following the award of the scholarship.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be Singapore Citizens

  • Be in the final year of undergraduate studies, or have no more than three years of working experience (including part-time or contract work) in the private or non-government sector

  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and potential

  • Present themselves as well-rounded individuals, possessing good academic and non-academic records

  • GCE A-levels; or

  • International Baccalaureate; or

  • NUS High School Diploma; or

  • Polytechnic Diploma with merit; or

  • Other high school diploma or equivalent; and

  • University results.

PSC Master’s Scholarship holders may study at local or overseas universities; and choose to read from a diverse range of courses relevant to the Public Service (subject to PSC’s approval). MBA programmes are not allowed.
