People's Association Scholarship
The People's Association (PA) Scholarship is an undergraduate scholarship for outstanding students who are passionate about community growth and development. As a PA Scholar, you will embark on a purposeful and fulfilling career in community organisation and leadership – gaining hands-on exposure to community projects and grassroots work and engaging directly with grassroots leaders and PA leaders. Through the scholarship, PA develops future leaders who will contribute to building a caring and united Singapore.

Eligibility
All applicants must:
Be Singapore Citizens
Have excellent academic results in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate, NUS High School Diploma, Polytechnic Diploma with merit, other high school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities displayed through active participation in Co-Curricular Activities and/or community or volunteer service
Have a genuine passion for working with people to spark and nurture community participation for a caring and united Singapore
For mid-term scholarship, in addition to the above, applicants must also:
Have completed at least one semester of undergraduate studies
Not be in the final year of studies
Have good university academic results
Course and Country of Study
Scholars may pursue a diverse range of courses relevant to PA's work, subject to approval. Courses such as Law, Medicine, Dentistry, and Architecture are not eligible.
PA Scholarship (Local) is tenable at local universities only.
PA Scholarship (Overseas) is tenable at overseas or local universities, subject to approval.
