Eligibility
Recent graduate with outstanding GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate (IB), Polytechnic or NUS High School diplomas
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident who intends to take up Singapore citizenship
Good academic and Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) records, strong leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills and a passion for learning and service
In addition to the above requirements,
Full-time undergraduate student who has completed at least 1 semester and is not in the final year of undergraduate studies
