The MPA scholarship seeks to attract and groom top-tier candidates by providing compelling career opportunities and clear long-term career development pathways. Scholars are exposed to various developmental opportunities to ensure well-rounded development. These include internal rotations within MPA; concurrent attachments to another MPA division; secondments to MPA''s overseas offices as Regional Directors; secondments to other public agencies; attachments to International Organizations, or to private sector companies.
