• ​Outstanding GCE ‘O’ & ‘A’ Level/NUS High/International Baccalaureate (IB)/Diploma Results 

• ​Outstanding University results (for current undergraduates) 

• ​Good track record of co-curricular activities 

• ​Strong leadership qualities and interest in a public service career

​The BCA Scholarship supports studies at reputable local and overseas universities. This is to encourage academic pursuits in disciplines critical to the advancement of Singapore's built environment. We welcome applicants interested in a range of specialized courses.

BCA Local full-time and mid-term undergraduate scholarship:

• ​Tenable for studies in NUS, NTU, SIT, SUTD, and SMU.

​BCA Overseas undergraduate scholarship:

• Tenable for studies in reputable overseas universities (e.g., in the UK and the US). 

• ​Applicants with a confirmed university place are preferred, but you may also apply for the scholarship concurrently with your university applications.
